Environmental Product Declaration (EPD)
The EPD is an important internationally recognized document that transparently describes the environmental impact of our products. It is a set of measurable information that covers, for example, energy consumption, water consumption, waste production, recycling or climate change impact throughout the product life cycle, including final recycling.
This information is gathered through life cycle analysis (LCA), which serves as an objective method for verifying the environmental impact of products according to ISO 14040-49 standards.
To obtain an EPD protocol, all data are carefully verified by a third party, so you can be sure that it is trustworthy and verifiable. The protocols must be publicly available and their creation is regulated by the ISO 14025 standard.
The protocols were prepared by LCA Studio, s.r.o.
At the moment we have EPD protocols for the NANOTTICA, FUTURA and PRIMA product line and we are working hard on others.
Trevos EPD protocols are available here:
Trevos EPD protocols are also registered and published in the International EPD system
With EPD protocols, you can make good and informed decisions about your suppliers and contribute to a more sustainable future.
Transparency and responsibility are key factors for our company.
Because we care about our future!
